Shipping and Duties Policy

This policy explains how orders placed with Kaushah are shipped, the carriers we use, expected delivery times, and who is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

• Domestic Shipments (within India): We ship via Shiprocket, using their network of courier partners.
• International Shipments: We ship via DHL (DHL Express / DHL eCommerce, as applicable).

The specific courier used within these networks may vary based on your location, package weight, and service availability, and will be selected to ensure the most reliable delivery.

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Domestic shipping charges are currently free for regular shipment and for express shipment its applicable as per the checkout page.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

For all international shipments delivered via DHL, please note:

• Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (VAT/GST) levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
• The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon the shipment's arrival in the destination country. DHL may collect these charges directly from you before or upon delivery.
• Duty and tax amounts vary by country and are outside of Kaushah's control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
• Refusal to pay duties/taxes: If you refuse to pay applicable customs charges and the shipment is returned to us or abandoned, you may be liable for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fee. Refunds in such cases will be limited to the product value minus these costs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS:

• Domestic orders: Track via the Shiprocket tracking link provided.
• International orders: Track via the DHL tracking link provided.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Kaushah is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges for reshipment due to address errors may apply.

• If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@kaushah.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
• We will work with Shiprocket or DHL to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund as per our Refund/Return Policy.

While Kaushah endeavours to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timelines communicated at the time of purchase, delivery timelines are indicative and may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such delays may arise on account of Sundays and other non-operating days, public or national holidays, government-imposed restrictions, movement restrictions imposed by civil or military authorities, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transport or logistics disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances affecting the movement or delivery of shipments.

In such instances, dispatch or delivery may take longer than the estimated timeline. Kaushah will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the delivery of your order; however, we cannot guarantee delivery within the originally estimated timeframe when such circumstances arise.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs regulations of the destination country. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we will notify you and offer a refund for that item.
